The book is designed for 5 to 10 year old children to use and will enable them to learn to set goals and to visualise achieving these goals. It comprehensively shows children how to work out their goals, how to write them down and how to create the action so that they will achieve them.
Take Me to My Garden Mummy can be bought as a book, as a CD, or book and CD set. The visualisation CD can be used for children as they are going to sleep at night, to enable them to activate their creative mind to achieve their goals. This CD can also be shared by parents and children, adults will gain as much from listening to the CD as their children.
Teachers also use this as a teaching aid for helping children to set and achieve their goals at school both academically and in other activities.
