Vicki Bennett Training has trained managers, team leaders and a range of team members in corporate and government sectors since 1970. All business is going through a quickening, a period where people choose to learn quickly and access global critical mass. Change begets accelerated change and growth, both globally and individually.

In these books she shows people how to access the techniques and skills to unlock there own critical mass of knowledge, intuition, understanding and wisdom. Her books have been translated into 36 languages and are sold worldwide.

She believes that, to achieve this vision, we need to speak openly and honestly with others, go past the point of discomfort to solve problems, take responsibility for the experiences we create, keep alert for opportunities and keep our hearts open.
